The GERTIE community bus system carried its 20,000th rider this past week, surprising teenager Sadie Gambrill as she boarded the new Blanche bus.
GERTIE driver Bob Andrew presented Sadie with a monthly pass plus numerous other prizes provided by local Gabriola businesses.
